Here's a closer picture, though a little fuzzy, of the connectors in the card slots. From top to bottom in the card slots are: connector from the CyberVision PPC video card, Ariadne-II Ethernet card, another Ariadne-II Ethernet card, parallel and serial ports on the GVP I/O Extender, and finally the MIDI and second serial port of the GVP I/O Extender. I have a second GVP I/O Extender card installed, but it is not shown here because the picture is old.
